another site has a method called dr ziggys low and slow drying, putting weed in a paper bag in the fridge to dry. I have tried it and it does work.
Should be in the fridge? In a room with shade can be?

Never tried the fridge method, but a refrigerator can dehydrate your bud too quick even in a paper bag.
Lie your buds flat in a closet. It's a lot easier to manage.

I use a hanging drying basket like this. I wet trim the buds and throw them in the basket. I hang it in my basement pantry, it's dark, about 65 degrees and 50% humidity.

I've tried it a few times with buds in small lunch bags and it works fine. But you have to let the buds get back to room temp before you break them up or they are more powdery. The buds seemed to have more flavor and smell.
