dual lighting

hey potheads been awile since i posted fuked up got a real job that took me overseas.oh well company flew me back through amsterdam yipee.anyway should i b runniing both kinda bulbs all the time or switch them to one or the other during veg an flowering its a 8 bulb florecent unit. keep high
