So there are a couple things going on. From what I see you have bought a booster fan, which is only designed to assist the inline fan in doing its job. You will need to get a bigger fan, look for how many cfm it moves rather than diameter size. For a box that size 200 cfm or so would be more than enough, and I would suggest buying a dimmer switch to turn it up and down as needed. Maybe a 4" fan , and if your holes are already cut to 6" just throw a 4"-6" adapter on there to avoid making new holes. As a general rule keep the lights on dedicated fan and ducting setup and you room on another. On a grow that size it probably won't apply to you now, but keep that in mind as you expand your area. I would suggest a much taller ceiling , or train the plants very low and early on. Any questions pm buddy, good luck to you

Thanks for answering. As I said I am doing this for first time and only for experiment. I don't want spend a lot of money. What if I will change that duct fan for regular air fan (what you using in apartment for blowing air) for example 6 inch.what do you think about that idea?

You could try cutting a small hole an inch or two in diameter at the bottom of your box. That would help give the fan some air to pull through the bix to help it cool. Just be religious about covering up the hole when the lights are out during bloom

Return that fan and get a centrifugal blower with adequate static pressure. Unfortunately it'll cost some $ but the blower is the thing providing the plant with good environment, and it'll be powered on 24/7.
