Duel spectrum bulb

ok guys haven't seen a thread on this yet.i have recently purchased a couple of duel spec bulbs and was wondering(since their is limited info)what r the pros and cons of using a duel spec as opposed to the standard m/h or hps if indeed any at all..????

If you search for DUAL spectrum bulb, you'll get two pages to browse through on RIU. Just saying.

Well the most obvious is you won't have to change out your bulbs at flip time but they are weak compared to a normal HPS bulb as for a 600w it averages around 60.000 lumens compared to a normal HPS at 90.000. Dual arc thats different.

i have stayed away from these bulbs for both the price and the lost efficiency that a straight HPS boasts

Where on Riu ....done a search and got nothing..the one I have sunmaster says the full 90'000 will b emitted but in wot spec was wot I was wondering..

Well you happened to get one with strong lumens. I would use that bulb. The lumens is the same across the full spectrum. 90.000 is a good bulb and you will be able to use it thru the whole grow.

Maybe theres is none. Good luck with your grow. If you have questions about a 600w grow I am your man as I have been growing in a tent for a few years now give or take.
