DUI- damn police

well last nite me n my friend went to the movies.. went to see the new alien movie..then after we got out it was bout midnite a little later..the roads were all empty so we decieded to lite a bowl.. as we were driving down the road blazing a car got on our ass..then we noticed it was a police..then we were like FUCK!! started getttin all nervous then we gott pulled over..

The cop came to the window. n instead of askin for liseces n stuff.. he just rite away asked my friend how much weed he smoked..n we knew it was all over.. so they asked him all kinds of questions.. then bout 30 minutes later told him to do a sobritey test..n i watched i thought he passed cause he dint fall or nothing..but the cop said he was to high to drive.. so he was arrested wit dui. Then after he was put in the police car.. they came n talked to me..they knew i was high to..n i had a back pack.. n in my back pack i had so much shit that get me arrested.. i had a half zip of dro, a grinder, 2 bowls. sum swag, a pipe n sum papers.. i was sittin there thinkin of what was going to happen? then the cop said i couldnt drive the car since i was high to. so i got out wit my bag..i didnt want to leave it there or they find it n my friend be in more trouble.. so i got out wit my bag.. an the officer ased if it was mine..i said yea..HE SAID MIND IF I CHECK IT?? n all i could remember was that movie some1 posted about cops n weed n stuff.. N i said yes i mind..n he got this weried look on his face..n he said r u sure.. i said yes. then he said it smells like weed in the car.. givein me a suspion to check this for anything illegal.. n i just kept thinking off that movie..n i just kept sayin not to check it.. then finally he got pissed off n gave me my bag bak.. i was so happy.so i took off rite away then didnt get home till 300 it sucked ass. i stashed everything we had in the car except for a lil nug that fell.. n he my friend was charged, know im trying to get 3500 for bail.. N I WANNA THANK WHOEVER PUT THAT VID BOUT THE DEUGS N BEING PULLED OVER.. I SWEAR THAT VIDEO REALLY SAVED ME FROM GOING TO JAIL.. AND WHOEVER HASNT SEEN IT I SUGGEST U DO SO..IT MAY ACTUALLY COME IN HANDY!!! ALRITE PEACE GANG OFF TO THE BAIL BONDSMAN

HAHHA yup..jus me..my bud jus called me from jail.. he said he need a smoke.. lol..n i just talked to a bailbondsman.. so know i gotta get 350 n sumone wit a job to get him out..damn it!! i hate the police!

in Texas, mostly in the country their giving the kids a drug test. You would have to think about the kid walking in the school smelling like cigarretes or some kind of skunky smell. They use to call your parents and ask them if they smoke because they just needed to figure out why the child smelt like smoke. I wonder what would have happened if the parent said they don't smoke and they don't know why the child smells that way.

youll only need like 350 bucks for bail or you should bondsman will pay the rerst but you need someone with with some collateral

sell the weed you walked away with and help pay the bail.

I was in the same situation 2 weeks ago, luckly they ain't notice anything about us. They gave my boy a 60$ ticket because his tints was too dark.

Everyone just needs to remember their rights... DO NOT let them search you or anything without a warrant... Why make their jobs easier?

move to canada, we don't get dui's for driving high, they just take the weed for personal use

That's fucked... He should of refused the sobriety test. Don't cooperate with police. They're not there to help you.

It's better to pay the full bail yourself, if you can afford it...You get all that money back soon as he goes to court...Go to a bondsman it's bye bye 350.

Arrest you...But you got a better shot at beating the case if you don't take it then if you take it and fail.

what video are you referring to? Does anybody have a link? Glad to see you made out alright. Laws are different in every state but I would say it is better not to cooperate. In my state, they will take away your license for a year if you refuse to do the breathilizer/field sobriety test, but you can get a work permit. It sucks but as long as you don't take it, they really don't have any evidence to prosecute you.

well good news n bad.. he got out the nxt day.. but he only did cause he signed sum shit that he wont get in trouble for a year n they slaped him still with all the charges.. so i dont know what really happens know.. yea the cops asked him he shoulda said NO but he was high..n the cops were all trying to be threating and itimidating to him.. so thats why he gave in.. but they tried the same shit wit my bag but i said no. IT sucks the police were all like that and after i picked him up he had all his paper work and the police report the cop rote. it was like all different from what happened,, well not different just makes us look like bad no good stoners..all we were doing was seein a movie n gettin food..not harming anybody!! and he said when he went in to jail he was DAMN sure he had 300 bucks.., but wen the cops gave him back it was 150!! damn pissed him off! but nothing we can really do..so i would have to say that was the worst xmas we had!!

and that video was from a post on this fourm with the police and sum teenagers. it shows you your rites and what you should do if you have bud in the car and gett pulled over.
