Leaves being yellow after transplant and while they're developing roots is pretty normal. Just pluck the yellow/unhealthy leaves away carefully and instantly dispose of them into a sealed bag. That plant looks ready to top though. I usually wait for the first 8 sets of nodes then top leaving me with around 16 colas once I flip to flower. I like to lollipop the plants 1 week or so before flower and then I do it again 3 weeks into flower (21 days). Plucking away any lower growth or nodes that I feel aren't going to produce.
