Dutch Passion auto White Widow diagnosis?

Ok, so it is HARD to get a good in-focus picture of this. It is also hard for me too see clearly with my eyes and I'll just describe it as follows. It looks fuzzy yet powdery.

Pests? Mold / growth of some sort?

PLEASE Help these are the best views I could muster:

The part you have circled looks like a bug. Look at leaf with the ? on it toward the end looks like a bug. The next pic down same leaf same orange looking bug, but in a different position. Second pic bottom left looks like something chewed a hole in the leaf. Spots of web or cocoon if a few places also.

If its not part of the plant pull it off and get a better look at it. Hopefully an alien doesnt jump out of it at your face.

yeah...this started outside, and I now have these in an open basement waiting for room build and there are many bugs most are the carnivorous kind and I'm keepin' close watch so all is good on any surface bug sightings. Good lookin' out..
