Dwarf low flyer q’s

Hi all, I know this question may have been asked dozens of times, but here I go. How long does it take before plants start to have the skunk smell? I’d like to start a few seedlings indoors and then transplant them outside once their a few inches high (2-3 weeks growth after sprout). However if the small guys are giving off a smell then sill have to move them outside sooner.

They gotta be at least a foot tall before they smell anything like weed and that's only if you get real close or bruise a leaf. They really don't start smelling strong until they are in flower.

Mine don't start to smell till the a week into putting bud out.
