DWC flowering help ---newb

Hi,

First time dwc grow. This is cotton candy kush.
Growing under a 6500K CFL 12/12.
Using Fox Farm tiger bloom and Big Bloom -medium strength.
Wanted to get an idea from experienced growers if this plant looks healthy and on its way to flowering.
Still unable to determine the sex.

Seems to be a little small for week 3, but wanted to get some advice from other growers.

the more you veg the better your yeild on those but its prolly gonna stretch a bit. she looks about right for her age. more cfls the marrier.

Thanks for your advice. SStoner1 took your advice and added another CFL to the mix. Hopefully will see better results.
A few other questions:

1) from the pic does this look more like an indica or sativa strain. I feel like its sativa as the stem is long and wiry and not seeing any busy growths.
2) still not showing any visible signs of bud growth which worries me.
3) Bottom leaves are starting to wither away --is this normal?
4) started flowering stage at week 3.
5) Any thoughts when this particular strain will be ready to harvest?
