hey net. finally glad 2 meet ya. been reading all the crazy stuff on here and feel i kno u guys personally. im tempted to give up but im no quitter and if you read the thread its a good laugh especially when blazed.

No one wanted to get down on the grow off..All i had was a lil 50 watt hps to compete with bwahahahahahahahaha. That shit is funny all on its own wow.
Well gotta go set up my MH over the babies be back later.

we should come up with another word to call our plants then babies..

o. can anybody offer advice on my lighting setup and keeping it cool?

im growing in a closet with 2 400 watt h.p.s. cool tube light w/ added blue spectrum. growing 10 5 gallon plants. autoflower strain. and the room is about 2.5 x 5 x 8ft. i think i'll go post this in the grow room setup area 2.
 
Thats a lot of lighting for such a small place. Heat will be a big issue here. Have you thought of a vent on the ceiling? Plus with all that light, you will really need to watch your humidity and water temps.
 
yea. humidity usually stays low during veg but since im growing autoflower there is really no veg stage. but i think a lot of fresh air should keep my humidity pretty low. yeah it a lot of light but it will give me some nice FAT buds. you should see some of the autoflower strains people have growing. it finishes in a bout 2 and 1/2 months with people yielding over 2 ouncer per plant. i just dont know how to connect ducting and fans and scrubbbers and all that other crap. but i have a general idea. just trying to fine tune it.
 
o and the res will stay about room temperature and i plan on having some fans blowing on the buckets to optimize air flow in the grow area and to keep the area cool.
