I just use a fan at the moment.
a fan blowing over the top of the water in your res will bring the temp down almost 10 degrees.

Get some regular water bottles feel them with water and freeze them untill all ice, throw them in the reservoir to keep it cool.
Dont put ice directly in the reservoir it will mess with the ph.

but any way. in a set up like that in case you're still wondering mindmelted I would cut a hole for a small fan (see computer case fans) in the lid of the res. Make sure the air flow is pulling air out of the res. This will force air through the other holes where your net pots are, and create a swamp cooler effect as the air flows through the pot holes, over the water, and out the exhaust.
