thats the same with my set up, im using Flora Duo, calmag, silica by GH and i stopped using silica now that im in flower and my ph is 5.8 to 6 spot on. the silica isnt needed now, as ur stems and trunk are established. i was told by many to not start KB until flowers are established.

i think ur ok using ph down, just dont use ph up ever after using down. im surprised that ur rez is at 440-500 ppm, im at 1100 with no nute burn.
and in my opinion, the brand of nutes doesnt matter, its all the same shit, its listening and reading your plant and finding the sweet spot.
looked at ur pics and it looks like mid to late stage cal deficiency, that doesnt always mean to add more, i would get ph under control and then add more calmag if problem persists

You know what that makes a lot of sense. For now on I will only use Silica during veg in first three weeks of flower. How many milliliters per gallon of kool Bloom when you start?

So when people say they only use 500 ppm's all the way during veg and go up to 7 during flower does that include the five to 8 milliliters of Cal Mag if so that would make my ppm's over a thousand or close to.

After this grow I'm going to Coco I think it would be a good buffer give me time to figure out deficiencies if they are to come.

overalls ppm after nutes are mixed, put cal mag in first to use as a buffer for ur a and b. (your using two part solution, correct?) 1000 ppm is ok as long as ur plant doesnt react to it poorly. like i said im around 1100 and only week 3 of flower. i just introduced liquid KB and am using 1ml-1.5 per gal. i had used the amount directed om the bottle and was at 1400ppm and got nute burn on top cola.

you are right but I'm currently dealing with root rot with another plant this is the third time I've done everything right water chillers from H2O two beneficials and I always get hit with it I've taken every light leak measurement

Okay I'm definitely going to try this with my up-and-coming dwc it's recovering from root rot I think cultured solution uc roots did the trick because slime is going away
i second that, stick with hydro, more to gain and good learning experience for when u decide to go to Coco

Okay I just transplanted a plant to Coco yesterday it's not too late to put it in my dwc bucket I will do that today you're right I'm not giving up because I did have to Good Harvest with dwc I just don't know how I did it SMH it's like the more I learn the more I screw up
you bet....are ur roots getting enough oxygen? im runnin 138 gph, with two airstones, also using hydroguard and my temps get up to 75 and no rot at alll.
