dwc question, mums coming round

What is happening is that me and the other half are going out saturday night and i have my mother coming to my house to baby sit.

The problem is that the air pump that feeds my buckets isn't the quitest pump in the world and ever body in the house has come to accept a humming noise coming from the loft/attic.

My questtion is "can i turn the air pump off for 3-4 hours till i get back". I will be pissed as a fart so will have to remind myself when i get back with a phone reminder or summert.

come on riu you can do better than that.

I dont do hydro so I cant say for sure but Im pretty confident that the air pump has to stay on all the time.

Use a timer and shut it off while your gone and set it to come back on when your comeing home................peace

3-5 hours and you should be okay just dont forget to turn them back on asap.
