DWC Reservoir Ran Dry

A few days ago my DWC reservoir ran dry and my two plants about 6 weeks into flowering took some heavy damage. The dryness coupled with the heat stress from growing too close to my 600w HPS caused a bunch of my trich covered leaves growing from the bud sites to dry out. They didn't even shrivel up, just turned brown/yellow and dried out. The buds don't seem to have taken any damage, all the pistils are still white and plump, but I've noticed what seems to have been a rapid growth spurt in buds has came to a stop.
Sorry I can't provide any pics, but I think I've described the damage well enough. What badness can I expect from this mistake?

harvest? that's kind of harsh?

it sounds like he had a few burnt leaves and some shock from dryness, nothing that can't be forgotten in a few days. indeed lower yield but no need to break up the party...

i agree...as long as the plant isn't outright dead, it should be fine....diminished yields, sure....but way better than no product at all

keep rollin...it'll be fine?

Yes maybe, but think about it, how long will it take to recover if at all? 2 weeks the damage has already been done and nursing it along when the plant is dead so to speak is fruitless. I say cut your losses and harvest but make sure you fill us in on what you decide and which one of us was right.

No way I'm going to harvest this shit now, I took a smoke sample recently and I didn't even get a placebo effect of the smoke. The buds look fine, the lower half of the plants don't seem to be effected at all, it was just the leaves that were growing out of the largest colas that were burned up, and the buds were pretty much unharmed, I didn't see any dried out or colored pistils.

if all the leaves are burnt your fucked.
same thing happend to a small kush i had all i had to do was remove the burn leaves
well see how she grows now

well they look like they could use a decent flush and proper feeding with good ph... but yeah, carry on, you're not far now.
