I personally would give them the full seedling mix. That 1/4 mix thing can get confusing. It's ok for some things but when the company gives you the different mixes for different stages they have cut it down already. Just look what they have for the seedling mix compared to the veg stage mix. You'll see a big difference in the amounts. The main and most important thing is to learn to read the plants. They will tell you what they want. And different strains will not always react the same way to the same amount of nutes. Some might want more and some less.
