I been playing with dwc and learning a thing or two along the way ...I noticed my air pumps use to get really warm and when I would look in my buckets and at my stones there would be nasty shit growing slimy brownish looking funk
So long story short i moved all my pumps to a cold area and BAM . My buckets look and smell Clean no more growth.pumps feel nice and cool before they felt hot almost.....and before I used 30% h2o2 to try clean the problem but shit would grow right back fast . Now I don't use much h2o2 except to clean stuff and feel good about one less thing to buy and put into my system .
