Here is a little info about my setup:
600w MH/HPS digital light at 22inch above plant
Closet grow, Open door and window for ventalation, (winter outside)
1 - 5 Gallon DWV bucket
Closet temp: 85f
Room Temp: 74f
DWC water temp: 80f
pH steady at 5.8
Started from seed, 1 month in.
Problem:
Water temp is too high, fearing the root rot, I've been looking at chillers, but before I invest in a $200 in one, would a Ice probe be sufficient for me? http://globalaquaria.com/coolworksiceprobesmallaquariumchiller.aspx According to it's specs it should be able to cool my water 12-16f which would put me below 70f. Has anyone has expierence with the Iceprobe? Would it be good enough for my setup?
Thank you!

(Edit) After searching Ice Probe in the forums I found previous posts regarding the device. But it appears that there isn't any root rot as the roots are white and there isn't any foul smell. I may try and reflect the heat given off by the light using mylar around the bucket, aluminum around the lid helped a lot with extreme temps on the black surface of the lid.
