Dying during flowering??

Hey guys, I need some help. So 2/3 of these plants are kinda f*cked.

Here are some pictures and hopefully you guys could give me a direction on whats wrong. The only thing I could think of is that I may be over watering a tad. But then why would the other plant look so good?

I need help guys. I just invested in a moisture meter and realized that the plants were WAYY overwatered. I'm going to let them dry out for a few days and see how it goes from there.

Alright, the floodlight has a 40W CFL in it.

The rest are all CFLs too.

I think I'm just going to let them dry out a bit and then maybee start the nutes again. In a week or so.

And yeah, I did cut off some of the fan leaves. They were dying so I just decided to cut them off to get more light to the buds.

O.k. I just didn't want you to think that growing with a floodlight is a good idea. I'm not sure what's going on with your plants. Tell us everything you can. pH, type of water, nutes, soil or hydro, etc.
