After having a look at a mates grow who used the same strain (clone off the same mother) under a HPS all the way through flowering, I'm convinced the MH has made the trichs longer and more dense. I'm also convinced it has increased the smell so hopefully flavour as well, my mates (used the same system and nute regime also) doesn't smell anywhere near as sweet or pungent as mine turned out, his barely smells when you walk into the room where mine is just overpowering with ripe berries! I'll definitely be using the MH again for the last 10 days of flowering put it that way. I believe I out it over just at the right time too as she'd pretty much finished uptaking nutes and was just ripening so i dont think it will affect yield all that much. I'll post up results and a comparison when she's done curing
As for another grow, nah mate, I only do it once a year to keep me in supply, I dont sell any of it, I give a few oz to my mate as he helps me out with fresh veges but thats about it, I just don't believe in being greedy when i'll have more than enough. I just wish all you guys on here lived close so we could get mammothly baked and talk growing!! I will be using a small cab i built though to do some breeding as i would like to make some changes to a couple of strains I grew a while back so stay tuned for some results of that
