Early flowering: possible explainations?

I bought some homegrown last year and it had seeds in it so I used those seeds to grow with this year. I started them the third week of may and on july 10th I found that 3 of them were starting to bud and in the past they usually dnt start budding until the first or second week in august. Is this just an early flowering strain or are there other reasons?

Maybe they hate you...I can see 'em plotting against you now...weather, genetics, sun exposure...all these things play a role in your plants development...A picture is worth a thousand words, though...
