Early Girl? 6 Wks of Flowering & no bud Please Help

Hi, I'm a newb and a first time grower and I'm wondering if theres something wrong with my plants or something else. After 6 wks I have pistils at just about every site but thats it. After being told it would be ready to harvest around now I'm figuring somethings wrong, whether it be not enough light, wrong nutrients, etc. if anyone can help i'd appreciate it I'll try to give as much info as possible:
It has been on 12/12 for 6 weeks, they are in a closet that has no leaks and the door shuts fully. The plant was grown from seed and is almost 4 feet growing under 750w of CFLs, there are 3 smaller plants in the same closet that just started flowering, there was also a male that got pulled the 2nd week of flowering so its never been alone. I was using peters professional for feed and switched to bone meal banana peels and eggshells watering like every other day. Not sure what else to say besides thanks in advance for any assistance. I have included a pic of the top if that helps.View attachment 1634907

did you start these on a 12/12 cycle? and they've been growing for 6 weeks? or.. because that deffly doesnt look normal for 6 weeks of flowering.'
what cfl's are you using.. might not be the best spectrum for flowering and how many watts? 750?? are you sure.. thats A LOT of CFL's.. lol

yah, and are you talking about actual wattage or comparable watts?? with cfls, you've got to pay attention as on the pack it can say something like 100 watt, but then when you read it closer it will say equivelent, meaning that bulb has the same wattage as a 100 watt incadesent bulb.. the actual watts would be more like 23 or so.. make sure you're talking about actual watts..
anyhoo's, it looks nice and healthy though.. like someone else has said, how far away are your lights from the plants?? with cfl's, you'll want them like an inch or two max.. if they are not that close, move them so they are..
how big of a container do you have them in?? fresh air and good circulation are also needed.. don't fret, keep them healthy, and make sure your bulbs are in the right kelvin range, around 2700k for flowering, and keep it up.. they should start budding sooner or later if you do all of the right things for her..
