early harvest help

So I'm wanting to get an early harvest outta my clones I was given but my question is if I flip them in a month or when they reach about a foot.or 2 can I put them under 12 hours of light and then after.the summer solstice just leave them out or will the fact that it's like 14.5 hours of light will they reveg.? Or will it realize the days are getting shorter?

You will put them in shock you might reveg what you can do is bring here in and out 12 hours of light ans bring her in 12 of darkness or put them out in the end of july
