Early problems

Because they are so young, they probably aren't showing nutrient deficiency but it is impossible to say with no other info. Depending on what you're using, the nutrients in the soil should feed them for about 4 weeks. If you have fed them, that may be the problem. Also, check the pH of your soil and the water that you're using. It's hard to diagnose a plant without knowing the conditions that it lives in, so all the info that you have about soil composition, feeding, watering, pH levels, temps, and lighting would be pertinent and helpful.

Also, I think the first one is ready for a larger container.

The soil is a cheap one for flowers, ph 6,5-7, npk 3 1 3. I water them with spring water. I use cfl lighting, althought they are not all cold white (but this just mean that they will grow taller). I think i just gotta wait, as i can't measure the pH level.
They wil be moved outdoor very soon (at least the big one).

The pH of the soil is 6.5-7 because it says so on the bag.
The current pH i don't know because i don't have anything to measure it.
