My girls have been under 60 watt cfl for a week I was wondering if I should wait another week before putting them in bigger pots and under my led lights

How big are they at a week? I prefer they have a good root system before their first repot but why not get them under the LED now to grow them faster then repot?
I'm using my DIY LED fixture for the first time and the plants seem to like it. 11 - 9W bulbs and making an outrigger to add 3 more on each side to cover more area. Just for small plants before they go under a 400W MH.

They are decent size for only being a week I feel like.lI have them in jiffy pots so I can just move them in to bigger pot without removing them because the jiffy pots are bio degradable I can take pictures later also might start a journal
