Early veg, compost tea

Hello fellow gardeners,

I have some autoflowers growing in coco coir with slow release amendments.

I want to make a lite compost tea for them to help get the most out of them as possible .

They are like 3 weeks into veg so they are still young but...

I have worm castings, Malibu compost, alfalfa meal, bat guano, seaweed extract, Urb natural and organic black strap molases.

Any recipes for a lite tea to get them introduced to it ?
