Hey everyone I want to start my plants indoor and move outdoor, and I was wondering how much space I would need to grow 30-35 plants from seed for approximately 1 to 1.5 months? Any tips on veg only or early veg rooms would be appreciated. I was thinking doing a 4x4 tent and then fit in a 12x12 array of 4 square inch pots and go from there? Would the plants be too crowded? Any advice would be appreciated.

4" square pots? You won't veg long in those. You'll have a transplanting marathon. 1 gallon plastic containers would be more practical.
Found these: https://www.amazon.com/TopoGrow-24-Packs-Plastic-Nursery-Growing/dp/B074118KQZ. If my math is right I could do a 6x6 of these in a 4ft square tent.

A 4x4 tent will only give you half a square foot per plant and you plan to veg for a month and a half. That’s not gonna work. You could probably jam 15-16 of them in there but you’ll want bigger pots. Gallon or two gallon pots.
