Earth Juice

yeah EJ will definately take your ph down, you have to constantly monitor that.

with earth juice you make teas with it you have to get an air pump and air stones and check the pH until its were you want it. 2 day is about wat it takes to get myne to 6.7-7.3 but watch oout for a black tar forming on top

i just bought the earth juice products last night, will see how it goes.

are you planing on making tea or just shake and feed, and wat kind of mixes to you use for certain stages im gettin my earth juice tomarrow and i want to know a little more about it

i was under the impression that earth juice was a liquid nute??

It is liquid I have been using it for several months now and just have my first batch of tea running right now. It will bring your ph down very far done without 24-48 hours of bubbling. Just mix it together with whatever else you are using and throw in an air stone and away you go. I will let you know tomorrow if it really brings the ph up to a usable range. Otherwise you are constantly adding ph up and retesting constantly. Also the nutrients have some time to break down and are much more readily available to your roots. I'll get back to you on how well this turns out. They have worked very well for me so far outside of all of the ph troubles.

im leavin the catalyst out for 2 days and foliar feeding strong! I also have been using the microblast stuff on my lil hempy plant

Earth Juice is good stuff... Wormsway (www.wormsway.com) has feeding schedules you can down load in a .pdf file format. You have to have the Acrobat Reader program to view them. If, you don't already have it, it's a good one to have & can be downloaded for free. Just Google search it. Grow Organic - cause chemically rendered sludge fertilizers, well - make your buds taste like chemically rendered sludge fertilizers....

I did find their list of feeding schedules and they do not have one for Earth Juice. They do have feeding schedules for a lot of other ferts that people around here use so I'm sure there are many people who will find this helpful, anyhow. +rep

just got my earth juice today the meta-k i have soulds like there is rocks in it and the catalyce smell like boose

best results come from combining the grow, catalyst, and bloom. I use the micro blast once every one to two weeks. in flowering introduce the meta-k and decrease the grow and up the bloom. Catalyst can be used in the same amounts continuously and the others can be fiddled with according to the stage of the plant.

Get the barricade by AN brother----put it in your tea after a good 24 brew to bring you ph-up if needed.

wat is this barricade you speak of and its realy not good for a plant to get pH ups and downs all the time you should just wait until the tea is ready with just using air stones

Yeah i make sure to add extra dolomite lime in my soil when i use the EJ. It acts as a buffer and doesn't allow the ph to be anything but 7

I've been following those guidelines and my plants look very healthy, and the smoke is great, but im struggling with low yields.. im trying to figure out what could be causing the buds to not get that big and if i need to increase any of the nutes

Anyone have healthy plants on organic nutes that just dont grow as big buds as chemical nutes?

Thats an interesting find. I don't, however, agree with their views on the catalyst. It isn't just a wana-be molasses, it helps great with starting seedlings or clones from shock or transplant stress. It is important to use it in all stages. I also use upto 2table spoons a gallon of molasses with it. Also you can use the grow in bloom just make sure to cut it down to a fraction of the normal application. The key is to find the best combination of ALL their products throughout, not just a couple of their products ( with an execption of the foliar spray and wetting agent.... which i refer to as the accessories) like grow and bloom. When everything is put together in the correct ratios compared to the stage of the plant, it makes something beautiful.

I have several Automatic Plants growing, several strains from about 3 diffrent genetics companies. I have been testing out the earth juice on them with different mediums.
With Coco medium I water twice a day
with fox farms soil, I water lightly daily
with other cheaper soils (ie black gold, yuck ) I water every other day.
For growing Mix, I use
1T Grow
1t bloom
1t catalyst
1t microblast

For bloom I use
1T Bloom
1t grow
1t catalyst
1t microbalst
1t meta K

All per gallon

For the first week or two I slowly step up the nutes
I foliar feed with 1/4 strength grow
I mix all my nutes up in a big batch and bubble it for 24 hours

I have been having great results and not burned a plant yet, In my experience with my plants, it's pretty safe to dose your plants with earth juice daily.
In addition to the above recipe, you can also use the recipe on the back of the grow bottle for hydro systems. If it's safe for everyday hydro, no reason it shouldn't be good for every day watering

so this is what is been happening to my plant!? i have EJ Grow,Bloom..and it has fucked my plants world up! i had leaves spotting rusty or brown,yellowing wilting distorted growth,burnt looking new shots.wtf..so if i bubble it for 2 days and check ph and adjust the ph before watering it will correct it???

I just recently learned that with Earth Juice you must adjust the ph of your EJ/water soulution BEFORE you water. So mix your goods, test ph and adjust until its at your desired ph level. Then water your plants. If I had known this before it would have saved me a huge headache.
