Worth considering autoflowering plants if you're only looking for a basic set up, and only desire a relatively low yield. With autoflowering plants you dont need a specific darkness period so they can be grown pretty much anywhere. The yields aren't as high as standard plants, but you should be able to do half an ounce from 4 or 5 plants no trouble. Check this thread out, very thought provoking, inspired me

wells no offense bro, but are youu serious ?.. it takes 4 or 5 autoflowering plants to make a half ounce ?... cause idk., ive never grown any auto-flowers yett. but once i only vegged a plant for 4 weeks n started flowering n i got a good 6-8 grams of some pretty frost shiit..haha. enlighten me...

First of all 28 grams (one ounce) is not very difficult to get from a single plant. You can do it. NP. You can do it with cfls only. You have to read up on the proper growing techniques with cfl...but all of the information is on this site. Look twice before asking as probably it's been asked before and somebody took their time and wrote out a really good answer. Read the stickies in the cfl sub forum on this site. Absolutely order feminized seeds. I would recommend a safe strain. One that will be easy to grow, inexpensive and low in odor while growing. That strain is Nirvana's Northern Lights. yeaa..it was really messed up cause my dipshit brother found it in tha backyard n took a fat chunk off...hell yeaa i was pissd, but shiit,, theyre was nothing i could do...but js let it grow..n weirdly enough alreaddy,, most tha parallel branches barely greww..it js looked like one fat cola....

Try an inexpensive hydro system and AK-48 feminized seeds. AK-48 grows wildly fast and gives a fantastic sativa high.

I wouldn't go with hydro for a first grow stick with soil and northern light from Nirvana seed shop NL would be best if you have a smaller grow space.

plus AK48 is the smelliest plant ever. I grew it twice. GREAT grower, GREAT yield, GREAT high...but sweet jeebus there were people in other countries that could probably smell my grow.

On Nirvana it says only 300-400 gram yield for AK-48 and WW, but all I hear is how great they yield. Wonder Woman from nirvana says 500-600 so that really must be a heavy producer.

that's what I'm saying.. the fuck??? I usually get at least an Oz. from each of my plants. At least one Oz per plant..
the fuck was that guy doing wrong to only get 6 or 8 grams from one plant??!?!!!! Must have been a sad unhealthy plant...
