Okay tell us what kind of soil temp's light's and your setup how is your water we need a little more info the more you provide the better and not trying to be rude or anything I am just little High. I have seen cannabis plants take lots of abuse stress etc and still recover so just get as much info as you can by reading watching videos and asking peoples opinions and you well get it. Hang in there

Looks overwatered, soil mix seems to have no perlite. I can't see the leaf colour due to the light glare/angle so hard to tell nutrient state. It looks small for 3 weeks, and a bit drooped. Moar pics/info.

only watered once a week, made sure not to over do it. the leaves are green without any yellow or spots. bottom 2 leaves are becoming yellow. thought that might be normal? also no perlite maybe its not draining well enough? 2 cfl bulbs and an led panel off ebay. just got regular hortico potting mix

There is something wrong with your plants as they should be alot bigger if they are 3 weeks old.

Here is my lady's at 15 days old.

The plant is not getting the nutes it needs. Reccomend re-ph of medium, maybe repot with some perlite if you're feeling brave. If it carries on like this the plant will die.
