In my opionoin no , if you brainstorm and shop around you could construct one, of not something similar for about 100$

Not really worth it in my opinion. Dont know where you are, but with shipping to North America, you're looking at around 211 USD. Building something yourself will be more price efficient. Also 5 gallon pots in a dwc type nft hybrid system seems pointless to me. I'd say DIY or check with the hydro shop guys or read in on a system you can make or set up.

they call that system the "home box" or something like that on uk ebay

and the kit is normally £40 to £80 so your getting over charged

I found that it could hold 200L but took up very little ground space pretty cool

I`d worry about it heating up and getting rot in the res

I`d use it with much bigger pots

I agree with the guys above regarding value, but I really like the design. The low profile could be very useful in a tent. I've beening using a pots-on-tray-on-res type drip system and the small pots and tall profile are the biggest drawbacks.

So you say a res with drip! I was in the process of constructing something for that purpose right now! Do you feed nutes and if so how often exactly and strengths? One of my only real fears never using a drip before? PLEASE HELP!

Drip frequency depends on your media. Rockwool needs much less than clay pebbles for example. Im a total noob so dont know enough to advise really.

I'm just in FF soil OF and HF mixed with some perlite and dolomite lime. I wanna use the dripper because I'm wanting to shift into hydro or dwc just don't have the pots and equipment just yet. As well as knowledge of the process Lol. Thank you
