Ebb and Flow Help!!!!

Hey guys I have an ebb and flow system with 600 hps. I have been flooding the table every 15 min all day and night. So its on for 15 and off for 15. Is this too much? I have gotten great results but maybe they could be even better. What is the advantage of less flood times. I have been reading of people only flooding three times a day and once while the girls are sleeping??? I am afraid that my babies will dry out because they are only resting in hydrotone balls. PLEASE GIVE AN OPNION!

dude just 3 times aday 4 a half hour and not at night

for beginning veg about 4 times a day, once they get into about over 3 feet, then switch to 3 times a day for flower

your clones will reach for the water. the hydroton rocks absorb water so no need to flood that much.
