M Mrblaze212 Well-Known Member Mar 25, 2022 #3 Thanks, but I have been searching for this answer, with little success...
Tolerance Break Well-Known Member Mar 25, 2022 #4 Need more info. What size flood tray are you using, is it covered, what is your medium, how close are the plants to the drain, etc. Short answer, prune the roots bi weekly.

Failmore Well-Known Member Mar 27, 2022 #5 Roots chase the water. They will go where ever it is wet. Only way to stop them is to make those places not wet. I used coco fiber mats in the bottom of my pots and it helped...but the roots eventually will push through. Not sure how your system works. Maybe flood less often.
