Ebb & Flow System Help !

Ive been doin some soil grows in the past and am finally about to step up to the bigs. 2-4x4 flood tables and 2 400w HPS. I have my system down except for one thing....Will these pots actually allow the solutions to flow up thru the bottom holes, ill be filling these with hydroton. Any help from people with flood and drain experience would be appreciated.

I run n ebb and grow but I would say yes judging from the slots on the bottome sides

Should but if not you could drill holes in the lower sides

Yes, you can fill those pots with hydroton. It might be best to drill holes in the sides, as well, to allow roots to grow out of the pots and into the flood table.
Once that happens, you'll want to cover the top of your flood table so those roots arent getting light.

On a side note:
400w is too small for a 4x4 tray. Either get bigger lights or a smaller tray.
3x3 trays are good for 400-600watts.
in a 4x4 tray youll want 600 or 1000 watts
