EC 0.8 Too Low for Runoff?

Hey all, first time grower, noob question incoming.

As the title states, is EC 0.8 too low for 3 week old plants to absorb nutes? Is there such a thing as too low EC? My pH runoff is perfect (I think?) at 6.1. But I have read that 1.0-1.3 EC is ideal for plants close to veg or already in veg. Have I been led astray?

I would suggest not to measure runoff, measure EC in water before watering.

This was runoff from a feeding. My tap EC is 0.2 EC. Post nutes the mixture is 0.6 EC. Are these normal/acceptable ranges for 3 week old plants?
