EC and PH Guidance

Could someone give me a bit of guidance with my ec meter. Ive just started a seedling in an oxy pot (first attempt at hydro) and started feeding yesterday. I ph`d my tap water that has been stood and it was 7.4 , i added vitalink max a & b at 1ml / l , this brought the ph down to 6.8 . I then used ph down to take the ph down to 5.5. , used the ec meter and it said 134x10 , it is only a cheap ec meter as im on a budget. Over the last 24 hours the ph has slowly risen to 6.3 and is steady there and the ec is now 150x10. The temp in the tent is 26-27 degrees celcius and water temp is 21-22 degrees.

1.The roots are just above the water is it ok to start feed, its 2 weeks from seed?
2.Are the ec readings ok and am i right in thinking that the reading converts to 1340ppm ?
3.Im planning on changing the water in the oxy pot weekly , if the ph stays at 6.3 should i just leave it until its due to be changed?
4.At what point does the ec reading get to high, and do i then just change the water?
5.Are the tent and water temps ok ? I have had a read up read that the water should be cooler than the tent temp?

tia for any response , input or links :)

You are right a reading of 134X10 means you have 1340 ppm's, it's normal for your readings to jump to 150X10, it only means that your plant drank more water than nutes or some water evaporated, if there was no X10 it mean you have 134ppm's, also, you should strive for a ph of 5.8 which is ideal for hydro. and no you should lower your ph as often as needed, I myself don't bother checking the ppm's of my reservoir, during feeding schedule, never have, I just adjust my ph 'till time comes to renew the reservoir, then I mix to my desired ppm's and leave it 'till next scheduled change.
