They are infact edible. You could eat them. Just the outcome wont work in your favor.

Damn a lot of people asking about wild shrooms. Most dont looks anything like magic mushies. Atleast people are asking though!

seriously, something saying DO NOT EAT MUSHROOMS OUT OF YOUR YARD WITHOUT SPORE TEST should be made sticky in the hallucinatory substances page. it seems like every week someone pulls fungus out of their yard and asks if its magic mushrooms. they are not safe to eat!!!

i heard on tv on a doc about shrooms that if you eat some and feel sick right away (hours after eating) then you will not die and it wont kill you but if you eat it and then get sick a week later then u are going to die for sure. there was a huge special about it on history channel i think it was and they talked about every kind of shrooms even magic.

they said the ones that will kill u are the perfect assassin shrooms because they dont kill you till a week later and some royality like a queen or something used it to kill off her husband and nobody knew how he died.

I have a proposal to the admins. I would like to make a theoretical guide to growing Psilocybin mushrooms. I would like to make a thread on the dangers of DXM use especially about ingesting cough medicine with other active ingredients. I would like to make a thread on the proper use of Salvia Divinorum. (I'm actually doing that as we speak.)

I would REALLY like to know why people can't click over to google and f-ing google it-you are already on the internet? then you have a VAGUE idea of what's going on... seriously, google 'magic mushrooms in images...http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&source=hp&q=magic%20mushrooms&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wi... actually click this ... I did it for you. and neither of your pics look anything like some of these... hell a little research might even tell you how you can safely find the right shrooms i your back yard.

lets recap- I said "vague idea" and "do research" not 'take any advice you get from the internet...' but I did rant unnecessarilly, and I do apologize...
but I am tired of the ignorant questions I see all the damn time. and hey! there ARE pics of legit shrooms on my google page, so... poo. and I should take your advice as apposed to googles because....?

oh ya almost shroom season where i live, i love hen of the woods shroomz we get major lbs of that stuff every year

Fair enough 'cept the last sentence. FUCK YEAH! Instead of looking at pictures I can tell you based on your region, the growing medium, and the climate it was growing in if the mushroom you have is possibly psychedelic. There :-P
