Edibles, the effects on your liver and immune system

When edibles are consumed, your liver breaks the thc down then it enters the blood stream. My question is, because the liver has to process the edibles does it weaken your immune system too? Because overall your liver is working harder.

I don't know the scientific facts about this. I have been using infused oil since 2013. My liver enzymes have dropped since I have been using it. I have noticed nothing but improvement overall and have no immune system changes as far as I know.

I take immunosuppressants and don't notice any added immunity loss when eating edibles.

as long as there is nothing wrong with your liver, why would it hurt your immune system? it's just more food, as far as your digestive system is concerned. your liver filters the blood in your digestive system before it gets circulated back into your body. the thc, cbd, terpenes, and fats in edibles aren't any harder on your system than eating a big mac...and probably much better for you....
