I placed an order with them last Friday and the payment didn't go through until the next Tuesday. Wednesday I was told there was a bank holiday which caused a slight delay which I understood. For the delay, I was refunded my shipping charge ($5.00 US) Then after receiving my email with a tracking number, it said my package was delivered already. I obviously got the wrong tracking number. I emailed EDIT and they quickly responded saying they would check their Royal Mail reference book and find the correct number. I am waiting for the return email currently since UK working hours aren't in effect yet. A little sloppy so far, but the effort for communication and customer happiness has kept me with a smile. I will keep everyone updated since I haven't seen an Everyonedoesit review in a bit.
