Relying on those 'tracking' numbers is often out of our control as sellers. They are provided by them postal service when posting and errors can occur that side of things :-(

i picked up some birthday gifts from them, no problem with the shipping.
but that's just my experience, i can't speak for anyone who had a bad time!

Your input counts just as much as anyone elses. I'm glad to hear about fine transactions and even effort to correct order mishaps. I'll be patient for now like I said. Then I will give them a nice phonecall (no sarcasm) and try to sort things out.

Update: They emailed back the same incorrect tracking number once again... I am starting to get slightly frustrated now. I plan to email their regular help email instead of the "order help" email address.

Thanks SLB. If they claimed they sent it when they did... I am going to start solving problems if it does not arrive by Tuesday. I made an Attitude order 3 days after this EDIT order and the Attitude order arrived yesterday =/ C'mon EDIT!! haha

I got my beans from EDIT but the communication was TERRIBLE but the beans did arrive 2 packs then 1. It took 5 weeks and they never responded to any of my emails. Even tho I received I would not use them again.

:-( oh well. At least they arrived in the end tho I think the longest anyone has ever waited has been a couple of week normally for international postage.

I'm a patient person so that's a good thing. Have plenty of new beans ready to go anyway... the EDIT order was backup beans for my next grow which is going to be one funky ass grow I promise ;]

Just got my second email notifying me that a strain was out of stock for another 5 days. The first email said it would only be a one day delay. They say they are sending the other 2 parts today. I ordered Monday. Like I said in the Edit review thread, you'd think they'd have their shit together by showing when an item is out of stock. Doesn't the internet make that a breeze?

EDIT package was in mailbox today. I kind of feel bad for making a big deal of this but I think they do have some stuff to work on when it comes to customer service. Ordered Aug 27th so the wait was a little too long for my tastes especially for not having a correct tracking number the whole time....
