Effect on incandescent light on flowering stage w/ lights off

Hey y’all,

First timer here. I’m curious I know that during flowering stage the plant needs 12/12 cycle of lights on/off. During the off cycle I also know it should get any kind of light. Does this also mean incandescent bulb light?

Yep.. Thats what it means.

Unless you want to use them as a form of ir for bed-time. 7min. After lights out only though. Wouldn't push my luck & that would be from day1 of flower. Not mid cycle.
