Effing jury duty...

God damn the fucking system, I need solid ways to get out of this crap. So far I'm stuck on "I'm a racist bastard" or moving the date EARLIER in hopes the previous dates are already filled (which they will be) and I wont have it this year. Excuse is I'm thinking of joining the military.

Help me avoid the stupid ass system.

Either way if I have to go I'm going annihilatedly baked. Fuck it I got my 215 card I'm allowed to be medicated.

In other news, fuck the police.

Say that you are a member of The Fully Informed Jury Association and you support Jury Nullification and you insist on being Jury Foreman.

I was actually thinking of going and then saying before the judge when he asks me shit say "under prop 215 and my legal recommendation to smoke medicinal marijuana, I am HIGHLY medicated right now and do not believe I can make a rational decision". Or just be a smart ass with the jury nullification.

FIJA is the trick to getting out of JD.

Although, I'd recommend being quiet and going to jury duty, then whip out the power of jury nullification if it's come BS law being used. Use the power you have and NEVER tell them you know you have it.

Me personally, I just tell them I have Scabies and they are quite manageable without a doctors care. Works every time! lol

I'm trying to spend the least amount of time there if any. I want out like i'm dodging a draft hahaha. Although I wouldn't dodge a draft, I'd serve, just saying. Anyways.

So does that mean you didn't go to a doctor so you don't need/ have medical records? Might have to go with that... or swine flu. =D
