Eggy smell in hempy buckets

Hey I'm in week 4 flower in 15L perlite hempy buckets and getting some funky eggy smell in the run off so possibly root rot?

I'm using lucas formula, calmag, canna boost, pk 13/14 and rhizotonic.

I have silver bullets (h202) but canna boost says to not mix with hydrogen peroxide.

Obviously saving the plants is more important to me than boosting the yield but what is the deal with no boost with hydrogen peroxide? Is it just because it kills the beneficials in boost?

Do you think its worth dropping the boost and adding the silver bullets?

I guess I could always foliar the boost.

Opinions please....

Definitely worth it. Healthy root mass equals yield! Beneficial bacteria could fix it too. Try mycogrow and zho powder. Cheap, effective fungi and bacteria that remove and prevent root rot! Almost like magic lol

I would drop the rhizotonic, it sounds like adding microbes to a passive hydro, perlite medium where roots just sit in water is a bad idea.

I may be wrong, but I do not think hempy should have all those beneficial microbes and such. I think you are introducing bacteria to a medium that isn't cohesive to their survival, your roots might be suffering because of this.

Maybe you could pick up some enzymes to eat up all that nastiness, I use hygrozyme.

i've run hempies for a couple of years now, tried running bennies, just makes a mess in hempies, i run sterile with 29% h2o2 , 10 ml per 5 gallon bucket, every time, 20 ml every 5th watering.
on top of keeping things sterile, it helps oxygenate the "res", and dissolves dead root material.
