I would think Barneys Farm would not sell crap?? but in my last order I was able to get Tangerine dream, I ordered many seeds from Different co. I would think 70% germination rate would be fair..... and I must say when ordering from The Attitude I get better then that!
Anyway None of my Tangerine Dream popped.... Not a one! I use the water soak and baggie paper towel method, I have cracked 100's of beans! I only did one at a time with different methods after the first one did not pop, I used the sand paper match box, the cranked the heat up a bit.... then let them sit for a week.... NOTHING!
Well, I was making an order form the attitude last week, I told the lady on the phone none of them cracked, and any other ones I germinated such as ACE, FEMALE,KC, etc were fine, now I know TG is said to have a tough shell but theses beans were very dark like black..... also they were in the gold pack, I think the package is blue now? all my Phatt fruity from Barneys farm did pop, they were also in the gold packing.
Anyway I told the lady at the Attitude they did not pop and I think I got a bad batch,.......
I also let her know I saved the packing and the beans,,, She replied, " Oh yea, you need to get a hold of Barney Farm...... cuz we don't sell seeds to the U.S.A" I replied umm OK sure, then she said what else please and continued to take my seed order.....
I tried to get a hold of Barneys farm but the only E-mail for them I could find did not work, anyone have a way to get hold of them? not that it will really matter.... Kinda goes with the territory I would imagine. It's not even the $50.00 some dollars, I just want Tangerine Dream......
I will still get my beans from The Attitude as they have good fast service. and they sound so hot on the phone, even when they tell ya your gettin eight balled..........
