I just watched a documentary today about him ! It was apparent that the vast majority of the people who lived in the area where EL Chapo was from thought more of him than their government. What one has to do is figure out were they speaking out of fear from retaliation or true loyality to the man......!

Chapo builds hospitals, schools, houses. He's not a nice guy you'd have to be a fool to believe that. He's just smart and the people are so poor and forgotten by their government that they appreciate his bribery as if it was generosity. When you make people rely on you to survive, You become a valuable asset that they would do and say anything to protect. The struggle is real and chapo takes advantage of that.
