electric bill haha

So I'm sitting here and this guy stops over trying to get me to switch electricity providers.

I explain to him that I am under a contract with my current provider and cannot switch until it runs out or pay an early cancellation fee. He asks when it runs out. I cannot remember. He says well, lets call em.

OK, we call em and it does not run out for several months. The woman on the phone says if you get a lower offer to let them know and they will try and match it. He just throws a number out there that was more than a full cent/kwh cheaper than I am currently paying and 1/2 cent cheaper than he is offering. Hoping to get a flat refusal from them.

Guess what? They took it! I had to extend my contract by several more months but this will save me anywhere between 35-55$/month! This price is locked in for over a year.

The look on this guys face when she accepted was priceless. He was stunned. Hahahaha
I am so glad I answered the door.

Yor grow should more then cover electric cost at harvest....and $35-$55 a month...I mean..that's not even a tank of gas...but hey, long as u like it....myself....I don't see the big deal! I'd love to see the grow that you are not concerned about cutting costs.

In any business cutting costs is a necessary measure. Since elect. is my no. 1 overhead expense. It seems like a good place to trim.

I will never understand y people try to keep their location a secret, I mean I can understand not giving out the address to ur grow but come on, he just asked wat state... not like it would narrow it down much. N besides have u ever heard of an i.p. address? If someone wanted to it wouldn't be too hard to find u...
