Electrical Question

What's up guys, hope someone can give me some help on a small electrical question.

My electric experience is minimal, I've installed 120v's and want to install a 240v to upgrade my lights. Before messing with the big boy stuff I want to make sure of just one thing..

In my box there's a grounding bar on the right (I think) and a bus bar on the left (again, not 100%)

I believe these are bonded together, my question, can I run both my ground and neutral on the bus(left) bar?

Any help would be appreciated!

If they are Bonded together yes, either there will be a bar going from the ground bar to the Neutral bar, or the Neutral bar may have a green screw put in it that attaches it to the box, attaching it to the Ground bar or a little bar from one of the screw lugs to the case. This is called your Main Bonding Jumper. If they are not tied together, than it happens further up stream and you should keep your new loads attached segregated as they are now. A 240v connection you would not be attaching anything to the neutral bar in the first place.
