Electrical Wiring Help?

I have a question on wiring up an outlet. i discovered two blank wall plates in my closet and behind them were two white electrical wires tied together. It was the two grounds wired together the blacks together & whites together. How would I wire in an electrical outlet to one of them? Would I need another wire or use one there?

I'm no electrician, but i believe you get you a standard 110v outlet, (make sure you kill the breaker first) hook up the black wire to the proper spot on the side of the outlet, do the same with the white wire. The ground wire goes to the green screw on the side.
The extra wires in the blank box in the wall are probablly to "piggyback" to another outlet.
Find someone that can help you if you're not sure. Electricity in no joke man.
Peace em Out

I put a volt meter to the wires. There is 120 going to it. The outlet I have is 15 Amp 125 V it has 4 holes on the back with 4 pieces of wire cut off from where it was disconnected before. Do I hook all 4 wires into there or just a black, white & ground? And there is one ground screw what would I do with the other ground? I'm sorry for the questions, but I dont wanna blow things up.

Hook two black wires on the Brass colored screws the two white wires on the silver colored screws. The ground wires on the green screw. Make sure the power is off before you do it.
