Electricity Problems

Going to keep this one short and simple.

My electricity bill is through the roof. Upwards towards $600/month and thats not even all my lights running!!!

A few friends used to slow down their meters, or slow down the electricity by placing copper wiring behind the meter head in the bracket/holders.... has anyone heard of this or have any suggestions??

I'm only using 3 1000's and 2 400's but am about to turn on all 8 1000's.

HELP!!

Its a digital meter also.

Mess with the meter and you might have an electrifying experience, or go to jail. If you are using 8 or 9 1000 watt lights and growing the yields you should from that, 600 a month for electricity is chump change.

If a person is brave enough you can shut off most of your power consuming appratuses and pull the meter out and turn it upside down and put it back in. This causes the meter to run backwards. You can do it without shutting off the major applicances but it will spit a lot of fire at you when it arcs. You will also have to figure out a way to dodge the meter reader person and also come up with a fake seal to put back on it, or reuse the one that is on it. Now I had a neighbor who had a funky meter box which had a loose front on it. He could just raise the lid and flop down the front cover reverse the meter and swing the cover back into position without ever disturbing the official seal. My meter didnt have a seal on it so that come in handy. Course all this stuff is a high crime if a person happens to get caught. Can land you in jail and get the electric shut plumb off. We usually did it all weekend thinking the meter readers don't come those days. Never did get caught fortunantly.
