Actually a group of Michigan growers in the Jackson area (not represented here) had created the internationally known "Casey Jones". Danny Trevino, the owner of HydroWorld, has a strain he had named after himself that is quite well known locally. Danny Trevino is a Super Silver Haze x AK-47 cross that is actually sitting in my garden :bigjoint:
Thats good news to hear i just recieved a casey jones cutting... got it in the cloner now hope this baby roots!! be super stooked if it is the real deal... have some gdp beans to pop lookin for a suitable male to start my Donatello project

Depends on what you're looking for. I occasionally have some available at the g3c market in flint. Some dispensaries have them, but who knows really what they have. You gotta figure out who's honest and then grow it out.
Was a member there the first two years it was open and that place was a zoo... alot of unsavory rumors floated around that place too... tried to pm ya but your box is full...

This was actually my understanding also just didnt want to dicredit anyones information... from what i know of the casey jones it was an oriental express mother from billygoat seeds (trainwreck x thailand) crossed with a ECSD v3 IBL by head seeds... i could be wrong but i thought greatfulhead actually worked with devils harvest seeds but im pretty sure its the same plant... i know connisuer genetics has several crosses they do with the CJ cut gifted to them by greatfulhead... just my understanding tho correct me if im wrong...

That may be true. I could have been recalling the name sake, an MJ patient whom has passed, was from the area. Oops, my bad :(

But my Danny Trevino story is still true ;)

really sorry to hear that corso... that is a real kick in the sack bro... i will always run beans on the endless hunt for that special pheno but to have the other half of the garden filled with somethin u know is gonna be top notch and u can count on is a huge plus in my book... not only that but if u stumble across a stellar male u got somethin to pollenate... just my thoughts tho... haope those little creepy bastards didnt find there way onto anything else in ur garden

They are out there, this I can assure you! As many have said, having something to trade helps. Your best bet is to pop some seeds and do a pheno search.

Why didn't you check them first?

I gave them a nice look...they are very healthy looking ...she is kind of new to growing ....got em home to put into pots n noticed small white eggs under some leaves when I held them up to the lights....not giving up on em...hit em with some azamax n will hit with mighty wash. On Sunday...if I can find a co2. Tank for fair price. I will blast em with that.

Word, hope they're worth it. One of my staple strains that I value highly came from Mendocino with super mites, took me a year to get rid of them. Still worth it..

What does a co2 tank run? Imagine I don't need regulator or gauge to smother them.
a 75 pound tank runs about 375 on the west side. sorry that price is for a deposit and fully refundable good for ten years.at lake welding they may be by you and 43 dollars for refills

Nah. The tank is the expensive part. Go to airgas and ask them. Been so long since I bought one, I know they are way cheaper now.

preditory mites maybe an avenue to look into also or even some lady bugs if its not a total infestation... might just be a more financially friendly route
