Elite genetics owner sentenced!!!!!

FORT WAYNE, Ind. — A judge has sentenced a man to about six years in federal prison for using the Internet to sell marijuana seeds around the world from a northeastern Indiana home.

Court documents say 30-year-old Jesse Groth shipped a variety of marijuana seeds under the business name Elite Genetics while living at a home on Hamilton Lake in Steuben (stoo-BEN') County.

The Journal Gazette reports police found out about the operation last year when a woman from another state told investigators that her teenage son stole hundreds of dollars from her and sent it to a marijuana-seed business.

Goth pleaded guilty to charges of manufacturing a controlled substance.

That is something i found on the net.I font know if it is new news to ya guys and girls but it is certainly for me.I knew he was busted but never knew what the outcome was now i know..Fucked up 6 years for manufacturing and distributing a controlled substance..

well considering he was based in indiana, It was probably due to the risk. Which was obviously pretty damn high seeing as how he got caught cause of some punk ass kid.

Yeah for some packs he was overpriced but he had some fair priced packs and all the genetics were good.

he got busted during a sale he was runnin many strains at bargen basment prices his genetics was top notch pricey but excellent grade and you got what you paid for in about a week i felt like i was worht the best so i delt with him he always did me right and gave me a few extras

Im not sure who house it was but it was grown in someones house.

he shared a house with his girlfriend a college student all mailings to her real name at their real address i think house was in her name and yes he grew there i think it was like 90 something plants when popo got there with their papers to frisk the place at first all came down on her everything in her name moneys sent to her i think her name was laura something once again a pretty nervous time for all involved not knowing of his record keeping or discarding especially people with orders on floor ro be shiped out oh well we miss him he is on a government vacation for a while i for one would like to keep his name alive once apon a time ther was a .......

he must have been serving weed as well they found scales and bags and shit i guess to much weed to smoke by yoself and he did not give away to much he did everything hiself i used to tell him its time to grow he did all orders grew shit made and kept up the web site and forum packeged and shiped he also had a previous charge in another state he moved from dont member where it was -similar charges including some kind fed shit by useing mail in schiem
